Today on IHAQ, we welcomed Keziah Robinson. Keziah is the Principal Founder of Cassia Partners. She is a business strategist, coach, and investor with over 20 years of experience working with CEOs, founders, & executive leadership across multiple industries.

We asked Keziah if she had any quick tips for increasing productivity.

Keziah uses the 3D model: Delete, Delegate, Do.

Remove any tasks from your day that don’t need to be done at all. You’ll be surprised by how quickly you will be able to free up time by simply evaluating the necessity of your daily tasks.

The second step is to delegate. Often, leaders are too hesitant to pass on tasks to others. But with solid coaching and communication, it turns into an easy transition.

Lastly, do. Growing a business is about elevating the level of work you’re doing while allowing others to grow as well.

Businesses get tied down with daily tasks to the detriment of growth. Better prioritizing your task list is the first step to increased productivity across your business.
