For our 70th episode of #IHAQ, we welcomed Courtney Obecny, Director of Marketing from Spire Health. Spire is a remote patient monitoring service that identifies changes in patient health and helps medical professionals intervene earlier.

We asked Courtney how she uses video in the sales process.

Courtney talks about the benefits of video to showcase a product. Spire’s product is cutting-edge and not something even most physicians have seen before.

Using video helps them show physicians what Spire looks like, how it works and even show physicians and patients’ experiences with their product.

Video marketing is the way to visualize a product/service for people who have not been exposed to it.

It’s crucial that sales and marketing are aligned to run a successful marketing campaign. Providing visual tools to prospective clients is quickly becoming the status quo. It’s an easier way to learn and the preferred way to learn.
